Responsible Gambling
at be555

Gambling is entertainment. At be555, we want it to stay that way for every player in Pakistan. This page gives you the tools, guidance and information to stay in control, recognise warning signs, and access support if you ever need it.

✅ 18+ Only ✅ Deposit Limits ✅ Loss Caps ✅ Session Reminders ✅ Cooling-Off Periods ✅ Self-Exclusion ✅ 24/7 Support

Gambling Should Always Be a Choice, Not a Compulsion

Responsible gambling means playing within your means, staying aware of how much time and money you are spending, and knowing when to stop. At be555, we treat responsible gambling as a core part of the platform — not a disclaimer at the bottom of a page.

Every player who joins be555 from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar deserves access to tools that keep their experience enjoyable and sustainable. Whether you place a bet on a Pakistan cricket match, follow PSL live odds, or enjoy a few rounds of slots, the same principle applies: play for fun, within a budget you can genuinely afford to lose.

Gambling should never be used as a way to recover financial losses, manage stress, or escape from personal difficulties. If any of those situations sound familiar, this page is especially important for you.

⚖️ Legal Note for Pakistani Users: Online gambling may be restricted under Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. be555 does not claim to be authorised or regulated by any Pakistani government authority. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their gambling activity complies with applicable local law. This page does not constitute legal advice.

🎯 The Golden Rules of Responsible Play

  • Only gamble with money you can comfortably afford to lose
  • Set a budget before you play — and stick to it
  • Never chase losses by increasing your bets
  • Set a time limit for each gambling session
  • Take regular breaks, even during a winning streak
  • Don't gamble when you're stressed, upset or under pressure
  • Never borrow money to fund gambling
  • Balance gambling with other leisure activities
  • Keep track of how much time and money you're spending
  • Use our built-in account tools to stay in control

Adults Only

18+ or Higher Required

Access to be555 is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 or over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Age verification is mandatory before any real-money activity.

Protecting Young People from Gambling

be555 is firmly opposed to underage gambling. Every Account goes through an age verification process, and further KYC identity checks are required before any real-money transactions are processed. We take this responsibility seriously.

If you share a device with younger family members, we strongly recommend:

  • Logging out of your be555 Account after every session
  • Using a strong, unique password and never sharing it
  • Enabling device-level parental control software
  • Never leaving the Platform open and unattended on a shared device
  • Keeping your Account details private from all family members, regardless of age

If you suspect a minor has accessed or registered on the Platform using false information, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and act without delay.

Your Built-In Responsible Gambling Tools

All six tools below are available directly within your be555 Account settings. You don't need to contact support to set them — though our team is available 24/7 if you need help.

💰

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum amount you can deposit over a daily, weekly or monthly period. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Reducing your limit takes effect immediately. Increasing it requires a cooling-off period before the change applies.

Available in Account Settings
📉

Loss Limits

Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing within a set timeframe — daily, weekly or monthly. When your loss threshold is reached, your session automatically ends and further play is blocked for that period. A powerful safeguard against chasing losses.

Available in Account Settings
⏱️

Session Time Limits

Set an alert or automatic logout after a specified session duration — for example, 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours. When your time is up, you receive a notification and can choose to continue or stop. Consistent session limits help you stay aware of how long you've been playing.

Available in Account Settings
❄️

Cooling-Off Periods

Take a temporary break from gambling activity for a defined period — 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your Account remains accessible for non-gambling functions (checking balance, reviewing history) but all betting and gaming is suspended.

Available in Account Settings
🚫

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a serious, extended break, self-exclusion closes your Account to all gambling activity for a minimum period of six months, with options for longer durations. During exclusion, we will take reasonable steps to prevent any new account registrations. See the full process below.

Contact Support to Activate
📊

Reality Checks

Enable on-screen pop-up reminders at regular intervals showing how long you've been playing, your net gain or loss for the session, and options to continue or stop. Reality checks are a simple but effective way to stay grounded during longer gaming sessions.

How Account Limits Work

be555's limit system is designed to give you real control, not just the illusion of it. Here's what you need to know about how each limit type operates:

Reducing a Limit

Any reduction to a deposit, loss or session limit takes effect immediately with no delay. We want restrictions to kick in the moment you decide you need them.

Increasing a Limit

Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period — typically 24–72 hours — before taking effect. This gives you time to reconsider before a higher limit applies.

Removing a Limit

Removing an existing limit follows the same cooling-off rule as an increase. If you are in a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, limits cannot be removed or overridden during that time.

Notifications

When you approach 80% of any active limit, be555 sends you an on-screen notification. When a limit is reached, play stops automatically without requiring any action from you.

How to Self-Exclude from be555

Self-exclusion is the strongest tool available. It is designed for players who feel they have lost control of their gambling and need a firm, extended break. Here's how to activate it:

1
Contact Support

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Include your registered email address and your preferred exclusion period (minimum 6 months, up to 5 years or permanent).

2
Identity Confirmation

Our support team will confirm your identity to ensure the request applies to the correct Account. This typically takes less than 24 hours.

3
Exclusion Activated

Your Account is locked for all gambling activity for the chosen period. You will receive confirmation by email. During exclusion, we will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration.

4
End of Exclusion Period

At the end of your exclusion period, your Account is not automatically reactivated. You must contact support to request reinstatement, with a mandatory 24-hour reflection period before access is restored.

⚠️ Important: Self-exclusion is a serious commitment. During the exclusion period, no withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are possible, and the exclusion cannot be reversed or shortened. If you request self-exclusion, we honour it fully.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually. Recognising the signs early makes it far easier to address. If you answer "yes" to several of the following questions, we strongly encourage you to use our account limit tools or seek support.

1
Spending More Than Planned

Do you regularly exceed your intended budget during a gaming or betting session?

2
Chasing Losses

After losing, do you feel a strong urge to play more in order to win back what you've lost?

3
Thinking About Gambling Constantly

Are you frequently preoccupied with gambling — planning your next session, replaying past bets?

4
Gambling to Cope

Do you gamble to escape stress, anxiety, loneliness or other difficult emotions?

5
Hiding Your Gambling

Do you conceal how much time or money you spend gambling from family or friends?

6
Financial Strain

Has gambling caused financial difficulties, such as borrowing money, missing bills or affecting household funds?

7
Neglecting Responsibilities

Has gambling led you to neglect work, family, education or other important responsibilities?

Staying in Control — Practical Tips

These practical habits help keep gambling as entertainment rather than letting it become a problem. They apply whether you're betting on a PSL T20 match or playing casino games late at night in Lahore.

Budget First, Always

Decide how much you're comfortable spending before you log in — not once you're already playing. Set that amount as your deposit limit so the platform enforces it automatically.

Time Your Sessions

Use the session time reminder in your Account. Even 30 minutes of conscious awareness of how long you've been playing can make a significant difference to your overall spending behaviour.

Review Your History

Check your transaction and betting history regularly. Seeing the actual numbers — how much deposited, how much won, how much lost — is one of the most sobering and effective reality checks available.

Talk to Someone You Trust

Sometimes the most effective step is simply telling a trusted friend or family member how much time you're spending on gambling. External accountability makes a genuine difference.

Stop When It's No Longer Fun

The moment gambling stops feeling like entertainment and starts feeling like pressure, obligation or stress relief — stop. That shift in feeling is an early warning sign worth taking seriously.

Support Resources for Problem Gambling

If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, the following types of support are available. These are general resource categories — we recommend verifying current contact details through official channels in your region.

🧠
Counselling & Therapy

Licensed mental health professionals and addiction counsellors can provide confidential support for gambling-related concerns. Look for a certified counsellor in your city — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi all have practicing addiction support professionals.

📞
Helplines & Crisis Support

If gambling is creating a mental health crisis, national mental health helplines in Pakistan can provide immediate support and refer you to appropriate services. Sehat Kahani and Umang Pakistan are among the organisations offering mental health services in Pakistan (verify current availability independently).

👥
Support Groups

Peer support groups based on the Gamblers Anonymous model provide a community of people with shared experience. Anonymity is standard. These groups operate in various formats including in-person meetings and online communities accessible from anywhere in Pakistan.

💬
be555 Support Team

Our own support team is available 24/7 in English and Urdu. If you contact us about a gambling concern, we will treat your request with full confidentiality and activate any account restrictions requested — deposit limits, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion — without delay.

📧 Contact be555 Support: [email protected]  |  Available: 24/7 in English and Urdu  |  Self-Exclusion Subject Line: "Self-Exclusion Request"
ℹ️ Note: be555 does not provide medical or psychological advice. The resource categories above are for general guidance only. Users seeking professional help are strongly encouraged to research currently active, verified support services in their specific region of Pakistan. Resource availability and contact details change over time — please verify independently before reaching out to any external organisation.

Protecting Minors — Parental Controls

If minors have access to the device you use for be555, we strongly recommend installing internet filtering or parental control software. While we verify age at registration, device-level controls add an important layer of protection in shared households.

Parental control software can block access to gambling websites across all browsers on a device. Options are available for both Android and iOS devices common in Pakistan. We recommend researching currently available options through reputable technology sources.

Always log out of your be555 Account after every session on a shared device, and never store your password in a shared browser profile.

Helping Someone Else with a Gambling Problem

If you are worried about a family member or friend's gambling behaviour, recognise that gambling disorder is a recognised condition — not a moral failing or weakness. Approaching the topic with compassion and without judgment is more likely to result in a constructive conversation.

You can encourage them to use be555's built-in limit tools, take a cooling-off period or request self-exclusion. If they are open to it, connecting them with a counsellor or support group can be highly effective alongside platform-level controls.

You can also contact our support team on their behalf to discuss options — we will treat the conversation with full confidentiality.

Play Smart. Play Safe. Play be555.

The tools are in your Account. The support is available 24/7. And the choice to gamble responsibly — or to take a break — is always yours. Whether you want to explore our platform or read more before you play, we've made it easy.
