1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the be555 website located at https://be555.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service"), operated by be555 ("be555", "we", "us", "our"). 3. Account Eligibility

3.3 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Opening, or attempting to open, multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.4 Prohibited Persons

You are not eligible to register if you are:

• A resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as determined by applicable law or operator policy;

4. Account Registration

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension, restriction of withdrawals, or permanent closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. be555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. 5. Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for personal entertainment and informational purposes only. You may access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. Any commercial use, systematic extraction of data, or use for any purpose other than personal entertainment is expressly prohibited without prior written authorisation from be555.

5.2 Accuracy of Information

7.4 No Guarantee of Winnings

be555 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in violation of this clause, and to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout — is the property of be555 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

All trademarks, service marks and trade names displayed on the Platform are the property of be555 or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants any right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the relevant trademark owner.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranty

The Platform and all content, services and features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11.2 Exclusion of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of use, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11.3 Gambling Losses

11.4 Third-Party Services

12. Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your Account (net of applicable deductions under these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks.

12.2 Termination by be555

be555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including but not limited to cases of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at the direction of a competent authority.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct and governing law — shall continue to apply.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

be555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time.
